Craig Arends is a managing principal at CLA and has more than 30 years of experience in public accounting serving, private equity groups and their portfolio companies. In his role at CLA he creates deal opportunities, capital opportunities and provides industry insights for portfolio companies. Craig has a concentration of expertise in providing accounting and transaction structuring advice for leveraged recapitalizations, purchase accounting and SEC reporting, assessing quality of earnings, and GAAP accounting.
